Fundación Comunitaria de Puerto Rico is a philanthropic organization with a 35-year history of collaboration with donors and communities. Tax identification number 66-0413230, under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

ACT 22 Holders

We are a fully registered in Puerto Rico as well as the United States and on the Hacienda list of approved non profits. We are an Act 22 approved non profit organization and all donations can be credited towards your mandatory yearly donation.
